
Molly Blackford
SECRETARY
Molly Blackford is an Atlanta-based First Officer at Endeavor Air. She is also active on company’s Pilot Recruitment/Hiring Team and as a company New Hire Pilot Mentor. Molly began flying at age 18, completing her Flight Training at Florida Institute of Technology. She graduated with a B.S. in Aeronautical Science with Flight in 2020, and continued on earn a M.S. in Aviation Human Factors in 2021.
Before transitioning to the airlines, Molly worked as a flight instructor for Florida Tech, teaching Private, Commercial, Instrument, and Tailwheel students. She also worked as a banner tow pilot, flying the mighty Piper Cub.

Molly has been an active member Women in Aviation since 2016, serving in leadership roles for the Space Coast chapter during her time in Florida. Molly currently is involved as a WAI Mentor through the MentorConnect program, and is active as a Mentor through The Society of Women Airline Pilots.

Outside of flying, Molly is an avid horseback rider and scuba diver. You can always find her in the gym or curled up with a good book!
