Krystle Roan

Outreach Co-Chair

Krystle Roan is a flight instructor at US Aviation Academy in Peachtree City, Georgia. Her aviation career took flight in 2015 as a Delta Air Lines flight attendant, a role she held for eight years before following her dream to become a pilot. In 2023, Krystle earned her private pilot license at Atlanta Regional Airport and went on to complete her remaining ratings within two years. As part of the Delta Propel program, she will transition to first officer training with Endeavor Air as soon as she reaches her ATP minimums.

Since joining Women in Aviation International in 2023, Krystle has been a passionate advocate for the organization, serving on the planning committees for Girls in Aviation Day in 2024 and 2025.

Outside of aviation, she remains engaged in her church community, loves traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Chip and Cooper.
