Snezana Zivcevska-Stalpers

Snezana Zivcevska-Stalpers is an accomplished business and technology leader with a strong passion for aviation and a commitment to empowering women in the industry. With over 20 years of international experience in technology and innovation, she has built a distinguished career in business development, strategic partnerships, and program management. Originally from Macedonia, she spent most of her life in the Netherlands before relocating to the U.S. in 2023. She now resides in metro Atlanta (GA), and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with graduation expected in June 2025.

Snezana has always been fascinated by aviation and its transformative impact on global connectivity. She firmly believes that modern technology is here to make aviation safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. Throughout her career, she has worked on several projects focused on developing innovative tech solutions for the aviation sector.

She joined Women in Aviation International in November 2023 and has been an active member ever since, participating in numerous chapter events. She currently serves as Co-Chair of Fundraising, where she is dedicated to securing resources and support for initiatives that create opportunities for women in aviation.

As a passionate traveler, Snezana has travelled to more than 30 countries, but the place she holds closest to her heart and where she truly feels at home is Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
