Lexi Caverly

Lexi Caverly brings over 6 years of experience in the aviation industry, currently working as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines. Before joining Delta, Lexi served as a Flight Attendant with SkyWest and Endeavor Air, Delta's regional carriers. With a background in the music business, having worked in artist management and event production, Lexi transitioned into aviation with a unique blend of creativity and a passion for customer service. She is also pursuing her private pilot's license as part of her personal interest in aviation.

Lexi's journey with Women in Aviation began in 2020 in Detroit, and after relocating to Atlanta, she became an active member of the Wheels Down South chapter. In 2021, she stepped into the role of Volunteer Coordinator for Girls in Aviation Day, and the following year served as the Outreach Chair for a two-year term. Her deep commitment to community engagement and empowerment drives her to inspire others to pursue their dreams.

In addition to her aviation career, Lexi is a Volunteer Skilled Supervisor with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, giving back to her community through hands-on service. Her end goal is to join the customer service experience team at Delta and contribute to corporate event planning, furthering her passion for creating exceptional experiences for others.

Lexi is dedicated to fostering inclusion, mentorship, and professional development within the aviation community and is excited to continue making a positive impact as a board member of Women in Aviation.
